And it couldn’t be easier to make (serves 2)…
Two flutes
Put some ice in each
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Aperol (depending on how strong you like its citrus notes) per glass
Top up with half a bottle (165ml) of chilled sparkling cider in each glass.
We prefer Private Bin dry sparkling cider but if you like a touch more sweetness Cryals Classic works just as well.
Garnish with a thin slice of orange (not essential but looks fantastic!)
Then sit back, relax and enjoy!
