Our Earl’s Reserve vintage russet still cider is fabulous mulled with our Red Peppercorn and Hibiscus infusions – you could call it a mulled cider infusion. Ideal while we’re still experiencing some cold days.
What about the warm days?
However, did you know, it’s also delicious mulled and then chilled for a spicy iced cocktail on warmer days?!
We didn’t! That is until Alex and Grant mulled a large batch back in December for our Christmas party on the farm but we over catered and popped the mulled cider that hadn’t been drunk in the fridge. A little while later we came across the bottle we’d put it in and decided to have an experimental taste.
We were surprised to find out that we rather liked this still cider infusion chilled too! So, next time you want to make some mulled cider, why not make a bit extra and try it chilled and over ice the next day as well? With the weather being so indecisive at the moment it might be just the ticket.
Or, for a non-alcoholic version mull our Captivating Cox apple juice.
Whichever way you choose to enjoy our cocktail of the month, we think you’ll enjoy. Great things happen by chance.
