Cart In April last year we hosted a walk around our beautiful orchards – from which we produce all of our award winning apple juices and ciders – while the apple trees were in blossom.
Our visitors were able to experience the beauty of nature at work and some far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. All under the very knowledgeable guidance of Alex.
Thanks to dry weather in the run up to the event, the ground was firm. This made venturing off footpaths and into the orchards to see our apple trees nice and easy. Everyone stayed clean!
We took a large trailer with an array of cushions and blankets up to the top of the orchards to provide a half-way rest point. There was also a delicious selection of nibbles and plenty of our sparkling ciders and apple juices for everyone to enjoy.
It was a lovely day and everyone had a great time. We are intending to host a similar event every year. Once we’ve an idea of the timing of this year’s blossom we’ll be sending out invites for this year’s walk…
