How to use: The spices for our apple juice mulling set come in handy pyramids so it’s as easy as making a cuppa, simply heat up the juice (simmer, don’t boil) and pop in a pyramid (the longer you leave it in the stronger the spices become, so you can mull to individual tastes).
Other uses for the mulling infusions: add with a dash of cox juice to Bramley apples when stewing for a crimson spicy filling for a pie or crumble. Or add some mulled cox juice to cream and mascarpone, instead of brandy, for an alcohol-free spiced cream for topping a winter dessert.

Sooo good. Much nicer than mulled wine and no alcohol so the kids can have some too!
