Description
How to make your very own Charrington’s Aperol Britz:
- Grab two flutes.
- Put some ice in each.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of Aperol (depending on how strong you like its citrus notes) per glass
- Top up with half a bottle (165ml) of chilled sparkling cider in each glass.
- We prefer our Private Bin dry sparkling cider but if you like a touch more sweetness our Cryals Classic medium sparking cider works just as well.
- Sit back, relax and enjoy!
Here’s Grant, our chief cidermaker, showing you how he makes a Charrington’s Britz in just over a minute.

So easy to mix and really delicious. Getting the bottle free just by buying a bit more of their fabulous cider made it even better!

I absolutely love this drink. Roll on summer. Is there anything better than an Aperol Spritz…? Well yes, there is – look up Aperol Cider Spritz and thank me later! I find the Cryals Classic goes very well in this!
